Being flexible...

We have umbrellas, and we have fans, but we have no control over the weather! I've been through many storms of different kinds, but this one was incredibly unpredictable, which makes it tougher for us humans, who are used to controlling our lives. I think about how adaptable wildlife must be. Did you know that a large flock of birds got caught up in the hurricane's eye and were blown hundreds of miles off course, landing here in Georgia, where they have never been? Check out this map to see!

Next week, the calendar doesn't change due to the hurricane, but our lessons will.
