CTP IV Week

you can try.

THIS WEEK:

Standardized testing is fun for some people, anxiety-inducing for others. Simply focus on the questions in front of you and do the best you can. The tests do not define you or your future. They help us know your strengths and weaknesses as well as what we, as teachers, can be doing differently in our lessons.

Each day is a modified schedule with Yom Hazikaron and Yom Haatzmaut being observed Wednesday/Thursday.

In class, we will be focusing on conjunctions, phrases, and clauses. On Friday, we will be composing poetry.

The next Membean and roots tests will be on April 23 during class.
The recovery assessment for the adjectives/adverbs test will be April 23 in study hall.

Tutorial for adjectives/adverbs will be April 16, 17, 18 BEFORE SCHOOL. Come one day, two days, or all three days. Your choice.

HOMEWORK THIS WEEK: continue with Membean, due Sunday night. Continue learning unit 9 root words. Continue reading your choice novel.

FOR CTP IVs:
- no water or snacks in the testing room
- you may not leave until the test is complete
- bring your novel to read
